The apartment on the first floor with terrace, can accommodate 1 to 4 adults or children Two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchenette, terrace with sea view and Playa de Santiago. Access by road (rental car, taxi, bus) by boat by plane and helicopter 1 km from the golf course. On foot, in less than 5 minutes you go down to the beach, Bank, shop, medical care, restaurants, bars, car rental, scooter, hiking bike, etc.
The rental price includes WF, taxes, drinking water (hot and cold) and electricity.
From the driveway with parking you arrive at the Villa via a small street then you take the stairs (about twenty steps) to arrive at the Villa.
In addition to the exceptional climate (constant temperature all year round, around 22° at night and 30° in the shade during the day), the small town of "Playa Santiago" is bathed in sunshine and is renowned for its exceptional calm and silence.
The welcome and tranquility of the inhabitants are renowned.
The restaurants and bakeries are excellent and very economical.
The locals speak Spanish and sometimes English and German.
The ground floor of the villa includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet and sink, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto the outdoor terrace. A small garden with a children's play area is accessible free of charge.

Possible communication to the apartment by an internal staircase allowing you to receive your children, grandchildren or friends.
For golf enthusiasts who used to go to the Tecina Hotel every year, this accommodation is perfect because it is a five-minute drive from the golf course. The Tecina Hotel is undergoing a transformation for the whole of this year. However, the golf course and the Lauren club are open, see photo. Attached is the club (with swimming pool) on the seafront and provides a mini golf course, a Paddys Diving center, beach volleyball, a renowned restaurant, bar, etc.
